The Role
This internship supports a digital forensics and incident response team in conducting investigations across a range of cases. Day-to-day work includes identifying, collecting, preserving, and analysing digital evidence from compromised systems and devices, maintaining chain of custody, and assisting with evidence recovery and analysis tasks.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should have foundational knowledge of disk forensics, mobile forensics, data imaging, data carving, indexing, and email analysis. Familiarity with industry-standard tools including Autopsy, FTK Imager, EnCase, UFED, and Intella is expected. A bachelor’s degree in digital forensics or a related field is required.
