(Law Enforcement Only) Digital Forensics Examiner
ISRM
Singapore
The Role
Examiners are engaged on a specialist, assignment-by-assignment basis to conduct digital forensic analysis across disk, mobile, memory, and log evidence. Work supports private sector clients and, on a pro-bono basis, anti-human-trafficking and anti-child-exploitation NGOs, demanding strict chain-of-custody discipline and defensible written reporting.
Skills & Experience
Candidates must have active or former law enforcement experience with hands-on digital forensics, covering evidence handling, case documentation, and proficiency with forensic tools and techniques. Relevant certifications such as GCFA, EnCE, or CFCE are valued, as is a background in serious crime, cybercrime, or child-exploitation investigations.
Who It Suits
This role suits highly experienced law enforcement forensics professionals—active off-duty or retired—who want flexible, high-impact work. It is particularly suited to those with complex digital-evidence or child-exploitation investigative backgrounds who wish to apply their expertise for humanitarian purposes alongside paid private-sector engagements.
