Forensic Consultant

The Role

This position involves leading end-to-end digital forensic investigations, performing forensic imaging, metadata analysis and timeline reconstruction across multiple platforms, supporting incident response efforts, producing legally defensible reports, and mentoring junior team members on casework and methodology.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should have 2-3 years in digital forensics, proficiency with tools such as EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, Cellebrite and Magnet AXIOM, scripting ability in Python or PowerShell, and certifications like EnCE, CCE or CHFI are preferred alongside compliance knowledge.

Who It Suits

Suited to a mid-level forensic practitioner comfortable managing investigations independently, mentoring juniors, and communicating technical findings to legal and executive stakeholders in a consulting or corporate environment.
