Incident Response Analyst

This role sits at the heart of a global cybersecurity operation, where the analyst manages customer incidents end-to-end on a daily basis. Core responsibilities include conducting forensic analysis of compromised systems, identifying attack vectors and attacker methodologies, producing clear and detailed incident reports, and communicating findings effectively to customers. The position also involves building incident response plans and playbooks, running tabletop training exercises through realistic attack simulations, performing large-scale compromise assessments, and maintaining sandbox environments for malware evaluation. Candidates should bring at least ten years of cybersecurity experience, with two to five years focused specifically on incident response and system compromise analysis. Familiarity with network vulnerability assessments, enterprise security solutions, and crisis management is expected. The role suits an experienced, methodical professional comfortable coordinating across global teams, participating in on-call rotations, and undertaking occasional domestic and international travel.
