The Role
This position plans and performs forensic collections and examinations of electronically stored information across endpoints, mobile devices, servers and cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The consultant liaises directly with law firm and corporate legal teams, manages field logistics for multi-site collections, maintains chain of custody, and prepares expert reports and declarations for state and federal proceedings.
Skills & Experience
Candidates need 10+ years in digital forensics or eDiscovery, with hands-on experience using Cellebrite, FTK, EnCase, Nuix and Axiom. Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux is essential. Preferred certifications include CCE, CASA, GASF, GCFE and ACE. Experience supporting or providing expert testimony is required.
