Vice President, Senior Cyber Threat Analyst (Threat Hunting & Incident Response)
SGX
Singapore
This senior role sits within an information security function, where the successful candidate proactively designs and executes hypothesis-driven threat hunting programmes across enterprise telemetry. Day-to-day responsibilities span identifying indicators of compromise that evade automated detection, developing hunt hypotheses aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and critical infrastructure threat actor TTPs, and converting findings into durable detection content including SIEM correlation rules, EDR and NDR queries, and SOAR playbooks. The position also extends into incident response support, detection engineering, and security exercises as operational priorities shift. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as findings are regularly presented to both technical teams and senior stakeholders. The role suits a technically versatile professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapts quickly across security domains, and moves confidently between deep forensic investigation and cross-functional coordination. Experience within financial services or critical infrastructure environments would be advantageous.
Typical advertised salary for Incident Response roles in Singapore: S$138,000–S$158,000 (median S$150,000 — from 15 recent listings analysed by Forensic Focus).
