The Role
This senior leadership position oversees day-to-day digital forensics delivery for law firm and corporate clients across the US and Mexico. The successful candidate manages the full evidence lifecycle — from identification and collection through analysis and close-out — while producing affidavits, expert declarations and providing testimony when reports are challenged in legal proceedings.
Skills & Experience
Candidates must bring 12+ years of hands-on computer forensic experience and 5+ years building a digital forensics programme. Proficiency with industry-standard tools including EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, X-Ways, Nuix and Relativity is expected, alongside certifications such as CCE, EnCE or ACE. A working knowledge of the EDRM and mobile device forensics is essential.
