The Role
This position leads digital forensics and incident response operations supporting a major Department of Defense cyber laboratory. Day to day involves directing forensic examinations, overseeing malware and intrusion analysis, managing evidence workflows in an accredited environment, and coordinating with government stakeholders across active cyber investigations.
Skills & Experience
Candidates require hands-on expertise across host-based forensics, network intrusion analysis, memory analysis, and malware triage on Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile platforms. Familiarity with SIEM platforms, endpoint security tools, and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standards is expected, alongside experience analysing APTs and insider threats in DoD or federal contexts.
