BlackLight Version 10.1 Is Now Available

Sharing BlackLight case data has never been easier.

BlackLight Version 10.1 has officially been released with powerful new enhancements.

New and improved features include:

  • BlackLight Portable Case
  • Cluster map view in ‘Locations’
  • Added support for TrueCrypt and VeraCrypt volumes
  • Support added for Android 10 devices
  • Support added for Project VIC Version 2.0
  • Parsing Windows Explorer search artifacts

Updated support for:

  • macOS and iOS Notes
  • macOS Accounts
  • Apple Keychains
  • WhatsApp artifacts
  • Parse multiple SIMs on iOS devices
  • Window Jumplists
  • Windows Prefetch

BlackLight users are encouraged to update to the latest version through the MyCellebrite Community Portal to ensure the software is functioning properly and has all available fixes. In the portal, you will also find a guide for how to use the portable case feature, a quick start guide, and a user guide. First time customers will need to create an account and login to the portal to activate new software downloads and register dongles.
