Nuix Windows Investigations
December 2-4, 2014, 9:00am – 5:00pm
This course focuses on Windows, from XP to 8; how it stores information in the Registry, recycle bin, recent items, user directories and system folders. Students will get a detailed look at email including how to identify, sort, search and deduplicate; and Internet Explorer and how it stores browser history, cookies, temp files and user settings. Additionally, the training will provide an in-depth understanding of link and prefetch files and metadata for files, Word documents and images.

Nuix Foundations – Cybersecurity
December 9-10, 2014, 9:00am – 5:00pm
This training is designed for examiners from the public and private sectors, including government, law enforcement and IT industries. Emphasis will be on examining effective workflow and analysis techniques for dealing with common evidence types in a cyber investigation. Students will follow the cybersecurity investigative model to collect evident, process data, perform detailed analysis and report on results.

Nuix Training Facility

East Coast, US classes will be held in the Nuix Training Facility located at the Nuix North America office, 13755 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 200, Herndon, Virginia 20171. The Nuix Training Facility is staffed with certified instructors and run by Rob Attoe, Head of Global Training. Rob Attoe has more than a decade of experience developing digital forensics and decryption training programs for the global digital investigations community. He is a regular presenter at premier international digital forensics conferences and events.
