SEARCH is a highly regarded, nonprofit organization that helps state and local justice agencies with their information and identification technology needs through effective planning, high tech crimes investigation training and criminal history policy. SEARCH will provide the software licenses to their students, state and local law enforcement personnel, who will use the software to simulate a field environment and test their ability to trace Internet protocols and connections to individual computers.
