The customizable workflow on the MSAB Kiosk enables your organization to tailor individual user workflows for different user types and skill levels. Step-by-step guides and workflows can be configured to align with your organization’s standard operating procedures and regulations. They can instruct and even restrict user groups to specific instructions and extraction actions, ensuring that every user follows approved, consistent processes. This in turn safeguards evidence integrity and compliance.
Rapid Data Extraction and Forensic Reporting
The Kiosk enables users to perform rapid, controlled extractions at the first available opportunity and conduct data analysis, to establish the content of a device as quickly as possible. All user-created or extraction-related data captured during the workflow can be used to automatically generate customizable forensic reports. The workflow uses the same extraction engine as XRY Office and XRY Pro.
Centralized Control and Efficient Data Management
By managing MSAB Kiosks with XEC Director, administrators can ensure full centralized control to efficiently manage users, workflows, client systems, software and its licenses; generate operational and management reports, and remotely assist users – all from a single location. All Kiosk user activities are logged and uploaded to XEC Director where it can be viewed and used as a basis for reporting.
