The Forensic Focus State Of DFIR Survey Is Now Open

The Forensic Focus State of DFIR Survey is now open, and we’d like to hear from you.

Are caseloads still rising? How is AI being used in examinations, and how often is AI-generated or manipulated media turning up as evidence? Which tools do teams rely on and buy, which skills are hardest to develop or hire, and do people expect to still be in DFIR in three years? The survey asks the people doing the work.

Take the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BZHNWM6

It takes about 8 minutes, and almost every question is a single click or tick. It’s anonymous: we don’t ask for your name, employer or email address, and results are only ever published in aggregate.

Your answers will become the Forensic Focus State of DFIR Report 2027, published in January and free to everyone. Everyone who takes part can ask for early access before it goes public.
