The Role

This position supports criminal investigations by conducting complex forensic examinations of computers, mobile devices, and digital media. Day-to-day responsibilities include evidence collection and preservation, log analysis, intrusion identification, SQL querying, and serving as a subject-matter expert who may testify in court proceedings and liaise between field agents and headquarters analysts.

Skills & Experience

Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and possess either a DCITA DoD Digital Forensic Examiner or FBI CART certification. At least five years of hands-on experience with Cellebrite UFED4PC and Physical Analyzer is required, alongside proficiency in FTK and/or OSForensics, plus familiarity with network security infrastructure including IDS, IPS, firewalls, and routers.
