The Role
This principal-level position sits within a forensic services consulting practice, leading digital forensics and incident response engagements for corporate clients. Day-to-day work includes forensic analysis of digital evidence, cyber breach detection, malware analysis, trade secret investigations, client relationship management, and contributing to business development efforts.
Skills & Experience
Candidates need 10+ years in digital forensics, incident response, or cyber intrusion investigation, with deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Windows and Unix operating systems, and standard forensic tooling. Experience as a testifying expert, malware analyst, or network forensic analyst is expected, alongside familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001/27002, HIPAA, SOC2, and NERC-CIP frameworks.
