The Role
This position involves conducting forensic examinations of mobile devices, computers, and other digital media across civil and criminal matters. Examiners produce peer-reviewed laboratory reports, draft affidavits, and regularly testify as expert witnesses in depositions and court proceedings for both prosecution and defense engagements.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should bring hands-on experience examining digital evidence in legal contexts, with familiarity with industry-standard forensic tools and methodologies. Working within an ISO 17025:2017-accredited, ANAB-governed laboratory environment is a strong advantage, as is experience producing defensible, court-ready forensic reports.
