HTCIA Asia Pacific Training Conference 2009

The High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) Asia Pacific Chapter is proud to announce the Third Asia Pacific Regional Training Conference which will be held in Hong Kong from 2-4 December 2009. It will combine a one day seminar with global experts focusing on the modern world of digital evidence from a management perspective. Days two and three will feature cutting edge hands-on workshops plus a mock court featuring one of the world’s leading lawyers in respect of electronic evidence. There will also be a forensic challenge which offers the winner an opportunity to win a complete forensic suite worth thousands of dollars!Day one of the Conference will feature leading global speakers addressing a diverse range of issues being faced in the dynamic world of digital evidence analysis and cybercrime – all from a management perspective. This is the main day of the event and will be held in the superb surroundings of the Microsoft Conference Venue in the heart of Hong Kong in ‘Three Pacific Place’.

Attendees from throughout the Region will be coming together for the only non-profit event of its type in Asia Pacific. As a non-profit Association, the HTCIA brings this exceptionally valuable training program to the Asia Pacific Region at the lowest possible prices with a minimal commercial element. Now in our third year, this event aims to bring together public and private sectors throughout the region with the aims of facilitating knowledge sharing for all persons working in (and managing) cybercrime investigations and analysis of digital evidence.

Attendees have two registration choices:
o Day one (main seminar) only; or
o The full three days, including the seminar and the exclusive hands-on training

Places at the hands-on training are strictly limited to 100 attendees in order to maximise the quality of the training. After signing up, registrants can choose which workshops they wish to attend on a first come first served basis.
